I've had this vanity for just under a year now, I've given it a three star rating for the overall unit. The main frustrating I have is the fading of the paint, you can see in attached photos. This type of wear & tear should not happen in under a year, at this price point. We are very cautious about only using the handles when opening and closing the drawers & cupboards. The top drawer is particularly bad, I did reach out to customer service & they sent me a new face panel free of charge & shipping. They recommended I get touch up paint for the other spots. This is what will have to happen, it's just a shame the beautiful finish will be comprised & the paint has not held up for not even a year. Also the burden of having to obtain the touch up paint. I purchased the bronze sink plugs to match my decor and both of them have continuous mold growing on them, no matter how often or what I used to clean them. The Quartz countertop is beautiful, well sealed & easy to clean. The function of the drawers and cupboards are smooth and strong. Because of these two final points I give the unit a 3 star. Otherwise, I think the unit is much too expensive for the lack of the longevity of the paint.
I’m really tired of purchasing expensive items in store or online and once received the items it’s either poor quality, damaged, or manufacture assembly issues…Finally none of these were true with this vanity we received from the Vanity Store, my wife and I are extremely impressed with the quality, design, shipping, and so on!!! Thank you Vanity Store we will be doing future business

perfect size to appreciate the colour & try it in the bathroom to be renovated. I will be choosing that colour when it's time to order the vanity.
Ordering, delivery, install were all great. The quality is obvious. Solid wood, dovetail joints on the drawers, excellent finish. We're very happy, and in fact shortly after getting our vanity we went ahead and ordered the matching linen cabinet! The vanity was not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
The vanity arrived on time and was packaged very carefully. We examined the items upon arrival (Teodor even made us custom shelves to match our vanity), and they were all in perfect condition. All of our communications with Teodor were handled promptly and professionally. This is a perfect example of how "Buy Canadian" should be the first option for all of us in these uncertain times. My only complaint is with the delivery company that Teodor uses in Ontario. Day and Ross is a terrible delivery company - we've had nothing but problems with them on numerous deliveries from various companies. A great company like Teodor should partner with a great delivery company (consider AMJ Campbell - they are top-notch).
Just unboxed this weekend, vanity looks great. Can't wait to see it installed.
The 48" sage green vanity came quickly, within 2 weeks of the order..

We have 3 different vanities from the Vanity Store. They are all incredibly well made and absolutely gorgeous. The service we received was truly exceptional. Highly recommend this business for value, quality and service.
My wife and were both very impressed with the Company. They actually have a helpful and friendly person answering the phone; someone knowledgeable about the product (and we called several times asking odd questions). Although delivery was supposed to be 4-6 weeks, we received an email less than 2 weeks after we placed the order indicating that it was on its way. They use Day & Ross delivery, who are only contracted to get the piece to the curb. We were concerned about that, but the driver called us an hour before arrival assuring us he'd get it to the house, even though we are rural, with a 400 foot driveway. He was very nice and carted it all the way up the driveway on a dolly by himself, and didn't accept a tip. The unit itself is still awaiting incorporation into our new bathroom, but I sorta checked it out (the packaging was excellent) and it seems fine. We chose Teodor because their construction looked really nice: solid, dovetail joints, nice alignment, attention to detail, and made in Canada.

I don't know why anyone would shop anywhere else for a vanity - it exceeds our expectations - QUALITY is NUMBER ONE. We got the sage 30 inch vanity with the trace arctic quartz It looks just like it does on the website. Thank you vanity store.

My vanity is gorgeous. I love the color and the quality is second to none. It was delivered with a damaged drawer from shipping, but the customer service from the Vanity Store was excellent to deal with. Just waiting on my replacement drawer front. Bathroom is being renovated and will be installed when Reno’s are done!
